The Origin
In many cultures, and especially in Argentina, the owl is a symbol of knowledge and wisdom. Its imposing gaze, with eyes fixed forward and 270° vision, makes it a born observer, always attentive, always strategic.
When we decided to open our grill restaurant, we knew we needed a name that was memorable, authentic, and with a story that reflected our essence. Thus, El Búho Tuerto was born.
The owl is a warrior of nature, a survivor. The image of a one-eyed owl represents constant struggle, the ability to adapt and move forward despite adversities. It is a symbol of resilience, just like those who leave their land in search of new opportunities, carrying their roots and passion with them.
